Cooling and heating of fermentation gas is done by the jacket. If the nominal volume is over 6M3, cooling of fermentation gas is done by vertical calandria. We have made improvement on calandria connection inside the tank. We avoid opening many holes on the tank body which may form dead corner and this continuous manner gains good results in practical operation.
